Admission Procedure at Abheek
Abheek's admission process is meticulously designed to foster a cohesive community of like-minded individuals who resonate with our alternative education philosophy. This comprehensive process spans over a few weeks and to evaluates a child's readiness for Abheek. The steps involved in our admission procedure are as follows:
Initial Application:
To initiate the admission process, parents can either complete the Admission Details in the 'Apply Now' form on our website or send us an email with their child's details.
Schedule an Appointment:
Upon receiving your initial application or email, we encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit Abheek. This visit includes engaging in our Dialogue sessions and can be arranged via WhatsApp or by calling us.
Meeting with Both Parents:
During your visit to Abheek, it is expected that both parents meet with our staff, providing an opportunity for you to express your interest in enrolling your child and for us to understand your expectations and aspirations. Please note that visits are exclusively scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays, and we kindly request you to make advance appointments and adhere to this schedule.

Student Observation:
Following the initial meeting, your child may be requested to spend one or more working days with us. This allows us to assess your child's comfort and suitability for Abheek's environment.
Assessment for Class 6 and Above:
Students seeking admission to Class 6 and above may undergo a diagnostic assessment. This assessment is not intended for assigning marks or grades but rather to understand the student's current academic level. It aids us in customizing our educational approach to meet the student's needs.
Confirmation of Admission:
Once the above steps are successfully completed, and both parties are satisfied, the admission is considered successful. To confirm the admission, a confirmation fee is required to be transferred.
